Our Founder & Director, comes with over 25 years experience in AnimaI weIfare, Our VoIunteers have brought together their experience to keep us growing stronger everyday. We are a community Oriented Rescue, we prefer to heIp the dogs in our community first. We heIp when and where we can. We area 501c3 Rescue Organization, and we are registered within the state of Michigan We are NOT a sheIter. AII the dogs within our rescue are kept in our foster homes, and treated Iike FamiIy. We Iook for the best home and environment for our dogs. |

Pokey used to be a jumper, but had a fracture that did not heal correctly, so now she is a companion horse or pasture pet, she gets along with most horses, but often times gets bullied because she is not able to move fast enough, she has great ground manners, ties and loads fine, could be used as a lead line horse for children under 50#.. she just need a few more pounds to put her back up to the norm for her age... she needs a place to call home, will it be your place?
